At KoreanCooking.SG, I am passionate about sharing the vibrant flavors and rich culture of Korean cuisine in a fun and relaxed environment. Led by myself, Heryong Kwon—whose family boasts deep culinary roots—I invite you on an exciting journey into Korean cooking.
All lessons are tailored and step-by-step, starting from scratch, allowing you to learn at your own pace regardless of your skill level. My classes are designed to be approachable and informative. And because I speak your language—English, Japanese, Korean, and even a bit of Mandarin—I make sure language is never a barrier to your culinary exploration.

すべてのレッスンは初心者でも無理なく始められるよう、段階を追ってわかりやすく進めています。自分のペースで気軽に学べるので、初めての方も安心です。また、英語、日本語、韓国語、少しのマンダリンも話せるので、言葉の壁なくお楽しみいただけます。

About our Founder






Heryong loves food and cooking. She grew up in a family that really knows their way around the kitchen. Her mom, Kyeong-hwa Jeong, has been a famous Korean cuisine expert for 40 years. She even has her own cooking studio in Japan and often shows off her skills on national TV.
Heryong didn't just learn from her mom, though. She also went to a traditional cooking academy in Seoul to sharpen her skills. Plus, she studied under a really important chef named Bok-Chae Han, who's like a big deal in Korean cooking.
Born in Japan, Heryong later moved to Sydney, Australia, and then to Singapore. She's been all around the world, picking up new cooking tricks and learning about different cultures along the way.
In Singapore, she's been teaching Korean cooking for a while now, allowing her to learn new cooking techniques and immerse herself in different cultures. So, no matter where you're from, you can bet she'll make you feel right at home in her cooking classes.
ヘリョンは食べることと料理が大好きです。健康的で美味しいご飯を囲む温かい家庭で育ちました。彼女の母、ジョンキョンファは50年以上にわたり韓国料理の第一線で活躍している著名な料理研究家です。日本に自身の料理スタジオを持ち、テレビの全国放送で腕前を披露することもあります。
ヘリョンが学んだのはお母さんからだけではありません。彼女はソウルの伝統的な料理学校で技術を磨き、韓国宮中料理も学び、韓国の食文化の奥深さを身に付けました。
日本で生まれ、その後、オーストラリアのシドニーへ。さらにシンガポールへと移り住み、世界中を旅しながら新しい調理技術や異文化に触れてきました。
シンガポールで韓国料理を教えてかれこれ10年になります。地元の習慣や味を知り、ローカルの方々に楽しんでいただけるよう工夫をしています。、なんと彼女は英語、日本語、韓国語、そして少しの中国語も話せるんですよ!だから、どこの出身であっても、彼女の料理教室では自宅のように感じることができるでしょう。
