Have you tried Baek-kimchi (white kimchi)?
This kimchi is not spicy as other kimchi and very refreshing.
My husband and daughter loves this white kimchi and I often make it for them:)
I made this kimchi on 25th October and served last night. It has been nicely fermented:)
This kimchi is one of must-have kimchis for my daughter and husband:)
