Annyeong haseyo^^
What’s your dinner tonight?
My daughter and I had lots of vegetables and Kalbi tonight.
One of vegetable dishes tonight was Wa wa chye namul.
I bought the vege from Fairprice. It is similar to wong bok.
Wash vege and boil. Rinse under running water and drain well.
Cut into 3-4 cm long. Season with salt, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar and my secret seasoning.
Simple but very delicious:)
Other dishes were tomato with burrata cheese salad, snow peas namu, kimchi, kalbi and cold seeweed soup (chicken broth) and wheat rice.
Eat well:)
Koreans eat lot of vegetables with meats and seafood.
Not everything is spicy and heavy.
