I have arranged a Korean cooking class in January 2017!
Tteokguk is Korean rice cake soup which all Koreans eat as the very first meal on Korean New Year.
My mum always made her family this dish and now I am making Tteokguk for my family.
I know it will be a busy period before Chinese New Year in Singapore.
