Today I am going to introduce Tteok-bokki.
Tteokbokki is made of rice cakes, fish cakes and with sweet & spicy sauce. It is famous Korean street food.
Tteok-bokki became quite popular for foreigners these days and you may have tried it before:)
But there is another type of Tteok-bokki which is not spicy at all.
It is called “Gungjung tteok-bokki (?????) that means “Rotal cuisine pan-fried rice cakes”.
This type of tteok-bokki is made of rice cakes, beef and various vegetables with soy sauce.
From young children to adults it can be enjoyed as it’s not spicy:)
