It was hot in the morning but now it’s raining and cool.
Tomorrow is my Korean cooking class?
Main dish is Bibimpap and I will lead students to make own bibimpap.
Other two dishes are demonstrated by me.
One of my husband favorites “Sundubu Jjigae” (Spicy Tofu Soup) is very authentic Korean dish.
My lunch yesterday was actually Sundubu Jjigae:)
I made this soup with my special fermented Kimchi!!!! It makes huge difference!!!
To make this soup is not difficult. Very simple.
Once you see my demonstration, I am sure you can easily cook this dish at home:)))
