I am busy to prepare for a class tomorrow:)

 

Tomorrow is Bibimpap, Sundubu Jjigae and spicy chicken wings.

This is so called “THE KOREAN DISHES“. 

A venue is @ Expat kitchen.

BTW,

This is well fermented Heryong’s Napa cabbage kimchi for Sundubu Jjigae tomorrow!!!

When we make soups, pan-fried or stew, mature and sour Kimchi goes well with these dishes.
