We had Sundubu jjigae (Korean spicy tofu stew), boiled pork with fresh napa cabbage kimchi.
All are Sophie’s favorite!!!
Omma used broth of kelp & dried shitake. Ingredients are pork, shallots, onion, clams, garlic, red chili pepper powder, etc.
And eggs were added:)
