What was your dinner last night?

We had a beef dish with rice, soup, and kimchi last night. Well-balanced meal as usual:)
Let me explain about the health benefits of some ingredients which I used in this dish.

Beef is rich in high-quality protein, iron, zinc and vitamins which are essential for growth and development in infants and children. Children need iron and zinc for their development, learning, behaviour and growth.
*ZINC helps the immune system fight off invading bacteria and viruses!
Colourful vegetables such as capsicums are a good source of dietary fibre, vitamins and folate(one of the B-vitamins), which is very important during periods of rapid growth such as pregnancy, infancy and adolescence.
The cabbage improves the digestive system and also it is an excellent source of vitamin K which helps the blood clot, preventing excessive bleeding and bone metabolism.

In this dish, I used my BBQ sauce which has grated garlic, chilli, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Very healthy!

When you cook every day, it is better you think about some nutrition benefits for yourself, your families, friends and guests.
I have my daughter who is now in a very important stage to puberty.
So I always think and decide menus which help her grow.

Also, these days we have serious concerns about the virus. We really need to have a strong immune system.
We can improve the immune system through foods. So these two are always in my head to decide the menus.

In my cooking lessons, you can learn healthy and well-balanced dishes.

Korean dishes are actually very healthy!
