Have you tried Trippa which is the honeycomb tripe taken from the second stomach section. It can come from beef, pig, goat or sheep. But In Korea we usually use beef one.
Texture is a bit chewy but easy to eat.
Last night, I fried Tripe(Trippa) with a few vegetables and kimchi. Added my special sauce too.
Spicy but very tasty.
Even my 5-year-old daughter loves it!
It takes to prepare a bit, buy not difficult. Once you know this taste, you may crave this dish occasionally:)
