Last night we had miso salmon for our dinner. This is also my daughter’s favorite.
Well… I think she like everything!


Spicy miso salmon

Accompanied with greens or mushrooms:)


This is a very simple to make it.

Make marinate sauce (Korean miso, sake, mirin, sugar, garlic and chili powder) and marinate salmon over night or for a few hours.



We sometimes pan-fry but usually steam the salmon. Very soft and delicious:)



Steam over mid-low heat and salmon doesn’t get hard. 




Our menus are always composed of vege dishes, main dish, kimchi, rice and soup. 

Oh! with beer and wine too:)
