Do you like fish dishes?
I LOVE them as well as meats!!!
When I decide menu for dinner everyday, I rotate fish-meat-fish-meat… like that.
This is one of our favorite dish “Spicy Mackerel fish“.
Mackerel is rich in Omega-3, Vitamins, selenium, mineral!
In Korea, Mackerel fish is the top one consumption fish!
I will have a cooking class to introduce this dish next year. This menu is in my list for 2017!
And I cooked vege dishes. We always eat lots of vegetables!

Mackerel fish, Choy sim salad, beansprout namul, kimchi, salami, kimchis and barely rice and soup!
