I am working from home today to catch up with lots of paper works…
And I still feel unwell. caught a cold…? maybe…
I have a poor appetite now but I need to eat!
So I cooked Chicken soup(Samgyetang) with my well-fermented sour kimchi & homemade chili sauce.
Today’s lunch was this soup and rice! Very simple but very delicious!!!
Within 10 minutes I fished all!!! Feel much better now!
My daughter could not finish a whole chicken and I used leftover for my lunch. Re-cooked!
I always eat everything I made including soup or juice from dishes!!!
Nothing to go to rubbish bin!
Ate well and time to sleep now to recover by tonight!
