Annyeong haseyo~^^
Today I will introduce one of very popular side dishes. “Gim-muchim (???)“.
It goes well with rice or drinks too:) My daughter loves it!
She actually introduced how to make this side dish on Facebook or Instagram before.
Ingredients

seaweed
-
seasonings A
3 tablespoon of soy sauce
3 tablespoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of sesame seed
1 teaspoon of sugar or starch syrup
a pinch of grated garlic
a pinch of chili powder
Step 1. roast seaweed over the fire. (low heat) Seaweed turns beautiful green:)
Step 2. tear roasted seaweed into a bowl.
Step 3. Mix all seasoning ingredients and pour over seaweed. Mix thoroughly by hands.
Step 4. Done!
