This is one of our favorite dishes among fish dishes. Koreans as well as Japanese eat Saba fish a lot. There are many way to cook.
Personally I prefer simply grill a saba fish. But my husband loves this dish:)
So occasionally I cook this dish, Saba with spicy miso paste.
Adding eggplants and gingers make this dish very fresh and yum!
Definitely goes well with rice!!!
