There are two wet markets within walking distance from our home, and whenever we're craving fresh clams, I always head to one of them.

Clams in Korean sauce are our favourite dish, especially for my daughter, who is a big fan of it. Whenever I prepare this dish, her excitement is palpable.

Clams are not only delicious but also rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B12, vitamin C, and iron. Additionally, they offer a substantial amount of omega-3 fatty acids and boast a higher protein density than almost any other food.
