Pan-fried Shiitake mushroom

This is one of my favorite dish, “pan-fried Shiitake mushroom”.

Fill beef mince and pan fried. Simple but very yumm!!!

Dip in a spacial sauce:) 

I am thinking of adding this dish to my cooking class.
