I had Laksa at home adding vegetables and meats:) 

 

BTW, have you tried Korean savory pancakes called “Jeon(?)” before?
There are many kinds of jeon such as seafood, vegetables and meats.

Yesterday I had a few mushroom in my fridge and made Shitake mushroom jeon.
I stuffed beef mince and dip into beaten egg to lightly coat. and pan-fried.

 

 

 

 

 

My daughter loves stays in my kitchen and is waiting for the chance to taste:) 

 

 

 

You may dip in a soy & vinegar sauce. 

Very delicious & elegant dish:)
