Do you like pork?
Koreans generally enjoy pork in many ways:) I also like pork too.
Occasionally I make one of our favorites “pan-fried marinated pork“.
Very simple and delicious dish.
This is called “Maekjeok” (??) in Korean.
You make a miso paste (Miso, soy sauce, chives, leeks, garlic, etc) and marinate pork neck in a paste for a while.
And pan-fry pork (both side) and done!
I usually marinate a bit longer and pork becomes very tendar and juicy:)
My husband loves this pork dish!
