Last night Sophie requested a spicy oyster kimchi jjigae (stew) and BBQ pork!
I found Korean clams at Cold Storage and added them too!!!
Kimchi is of course mine and that was richly well-fermented.
Can’t describe the taste!!! It makes a jjigae rich, flavorful and delicious!!!!!
