napa cabbage kimchi salad with Dried persimmon
This is a very fresh type of kimchi, well more like a salad.
What I used is added dried persimmon and apple.
Sweet persimmon and apple and crunchy napa cabbage make a lovely.
It goes well with many dishes. Refreshing your mouth.
