There are sooooo many ways to make kimchi depending on families, regions and preferences!
I ,of course, feel my Omma (mummy in Korean)’s kimchi is the best in the world!!!
And I am following her way to make kimchi. And my daughter Sophie loves my kimchi!!!
My daughter runs to me always when I make kimchi!
And opens her mouth!!! I did the same thing when I was young!!! Spicy but very delicious!!!
To make Kimchi is not easy and takes time. But homemade kimchi is the best!!!
Feel super happy but my body is so tired!!!
