My daughter and I had a quick holiday in Tokyo and came back to Singapore last night.
Tokyo was still hot but we could feel a bit of autumn🙂
Having seasons is so lovely.
There are four seasons in Japan and Korea and people can enjoy each seasons.
I really like Singapore but miss seasons…
Anyway, we had a great time!!!
Today’s lunch was Beef kalbi, Natto (Japanese fermented soybeans) and egg. Of course with kimchi!
I always keep my homemade BBQ sauce in fridge and add more chili powder and garlic when marinate.
Very simple, quick and delicious lunch today:)))
Need to eat well to be happy!!!
