It’s Lunar New Year Eve.
My daughter requested Oden for tonight and I made it for her.
She told me she has not tried Oden before… really?
Yah… maybe.
And I bought a very fresh chicken liver from butchery and pan-fried with chive and beansprout.
Sauce is spicy Korean sauce by Omma:)
My daughter told me “Well, Oden is not bad but not my taste.”……
She ate Oden with my spicy sauce or kimchi.
It’s yummy tho!!!
Anyway, ate a lot and had a great meal on the new year eve with family!!!
Hope 2017 Rooster year will be another happy year to everyone!!!
