Monday Light Snack For My Daughter:)

How’s your weekend? Hope you had a lovely and relaxing one:)
Ours were quite busy but fun!

And it’s Monday again! Usually Monday morning is a bit tougher than other days.

My daughter has started a Singapore local primary school and she needs to wake up before 6 am to catch her school bus at 6:30 am! It’s still very dark!!!

And I as Omma needs to wake up earlier than her to prepare her light snacks for her to fill her stomach during a recess between 10:15 am and 10:45 am:)

Singapore local schools do not have lunch time and children will have lunch when they are back home at around 2 pm or later. My daughter will be back at around 2:30 pm. So usually I give her a light lunch since she needs to have a dinner at 6 pm and sleep at 7:30 pm!!!
Very busy!!!

Today is sandwiches with Omma’s potato salad.

And I packed one orange from Jeju Islands, South Korea & small dried sardine snacks just in case if sandwiches are not good enough.
