Sophie and I had a pork as a main today.
I marinated pork with garlic, chive, leeks and Korean miso paste and pan-fried them.
This dish is called “Maekjeok(??), (??)”. It was introduced in a Korean drama too.
And kimchies of course:)
Green vege is must!
This is my onion pickle. This goes well with many many dishes!!!
My daughter and Omma ate well as usual:)
