Do you like Tofu dishes?
Koreans eat Tofu a lot in various ways:)
Last night I made one of our favorites Tofu dishes called “Dubuseon (???)“.
This is a steamed Tofu (???)(????).
Generally we use hard-type tofu to make this dish. But last night I used silk tofu instead.
A bit watery but texture is more smooth and soft:) My daughter loves it.
I used minced chicken meats, shitake mushroom, leek, chive. Sometimes I use kimchi, cucumber and other veges:)
Steamed for about 10 minutes.
Serve with a dipping sauce:)
Healthy and very delicious dish!
