I sometimes visit my mum’s website and I got surprised again!
Coz she uploaded Perilla leaves kimchi! I was about to write about that kimchi too!!!
I made two types of kimchi, one is in miso and the other is in soy sauce.
Both are very delicious and really go well with rice!
Perilla leaves are good for diet. It reduces the amount of sugar the body can absorb. Also, it prevents from aging and builds up immunity.
In Korea, Perilla leaves are very popular vegetable and taken often.
