Have you tried Korean Miso soup? It is very authentic! “Doenjang” which is Korean miso paste is made by fermenting soybeans in a natural environment. It has very rich taste!!!
very different from Japanese miso.

I like Japanese miso and Korean miso too. But I sometimes crave for “Doenjang-kuk”!!!

So I am making it for dinner tonight!

BTW, I will serve Korean miso soup in the class on 11th & 13th FEB:)))
