Have you tried Korean miso “doenjang“?
It is very different from Japanese miso actually.

The way to make miso is different and flavor is different.
Depending on everyone’s taste, some prefer Japanese one or Korean one.



My husband prefers Japanese miso paste. But he eats korean doenjang too:)



It has very authentic savor and thicker & saltier than Japanese one. It also contains uncrushed soybeans.


When you use Korea Doenjang, please boil well. It has deeper taste.














I added Korean squash and Korean chili.


Boil well and done!!!
