Today I made a Korean traditional pastry that is really popular in Korea.

Maejakgwa” (???)

 

Its ingredients are very simple and the combination of ginger, cinnamon and the pine nuts gives a beautiful harmony “sweet and refreshing”. And it is very crunchy!

It takes time to make it but very fun too!

I am sure it is very difficult to stop eating once you have started!
