It’s HOT summer day in Singapore!!! I am working from home today and my husband had conference calls at home too. He was supposed to leave home earlier but his phone call lasted longer than planned.
And! He suddenly requested Korean cold noodle for lunch!
*I am not running a Korean restaurant tho…!
Mul-naengmyeon (???)
I quickly checked my fridge for garnish and found only snow peas, eggs, ham and seaweed.
*Noodles and broth are stocked usually:)
So I boiled snow peas and cut into stripes. boiled eggs, cut ham and seaweed too.
Darling added Korean seaweed and I added Kimchi. Very delicious!!!
Very yummy lunch at home:)
