I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. 

I am busy as usual to cook:) 

This is one of my favorite kimchis “Komatsuna kimchi

I bought Komatsuna from Isetan scotts and made this kimchi.

 

 

 

Wash vegetables well and spread the salt evenly over the vegetables.

Leave them for a while and rinse thoroughly in water and drain.

Mix with Kimchi sauce. Done!

When we buy vegetables, it looks a lot. But once it become kimchi, the portion became very small!!!

To make a kimchi requires lots of efforts. But homemade kimchi is the best!

So I have been making kimchis:)))
