Sophie and my husband prefers “fresh kimchi” rather than old kimchi.

 

at least once a month I make fresh napa cabbage kimchi.

 

Since Chinese New Year is coming soon, I made kimchi today.

 

Cabbage is not that great but made a delicious kimchi with my love:)

If you make kimchi at home you can arrange any how!

I will do classes, events and other as much as possible to introduce Korean home-cooking but my priority is my family:)

My recipes are based on what I am cooking for my loved one:)

If I cannot cook for my family, I think it’s contradiction:)
