One of dishes tonight, “Japche”. I think this is one of popular dishes for Koreans and foreigner as well.


I remember that my mum always made this dish on a special occasion such as a birthday or celebration. 
It was fun to help her to make this dish with my younger brother and sister.
Good old days!



Time flies and now I am cooking this dish for my family, darling and daughter.
She helps me to cook too. I am very happy!!!


Japche is not that difficult but needs some time and passion! Well, cooking generally needs efforts and passion:)
