Hope everyone has a lovely start of 2017!


Our first meal was Korean rice cake soup which Koreans eat as the very first dish on Korean New Year’s Day.


This round shape and white color signify “long-life” and “purity”. 

The dish is called “Tteokguk” (??).

I have arranged a class to make this special dish on 19th January 2017.

There are plenty of seats available! Guess you all busy with holiday and preparation for Chinese New Year at the moment.
