It’s a mid-autumn festival day! My daughter had a celebration in the school and I got asked to make Korean mini-gimpap for her friends to share:)
In Singapore, people enjoy mooncakes during the mind-autumn festival.
My husband is originally from Hong Kong and he buys mooncakese every year.
My daughter LOVES mooncakes with egg yolk!
This year my daughter picked one from TCC. Do you know why?
Because egg yolk is spread evenly!!!
You can cut from anywhere and have egg yolk in!
She loves to eat mooncakes with milk:)
Actually I like it too!!!
There are so many kinds of mooncakes nowadays but we prefer sort of original type of mooncakes:)
BTW, in Korea we enjoy rice cake called Songpyeong (??).
Unfortunately in our place Chinese mooncake seems more popular…!
Happy Mid-Autumn Festival~!!!
