Have you heard of “Sambok(??)”? Sambok refers to the hottest three days of Summer.
Sambok follows the lunar calendar, and is separated into three days of chobok(??,beginning), jungbok (??,middle), and malbok (??, last).
Today is Chobok and the popular dish during the Sambok is samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup). So we had it at home to boost our energy!
Delicious and healthy!!! Great dish for us in Singapore all the year around!!!
