Annyeonghaseyo!
Tonight was Galbi-jjim which is a sort of a special dish.
On special occasions such as birthdays, celebrations or more, this dish is served.
Somehow Sophie and dada requested this dish, Omma made it.
It takes time and needs some effort. But I always think of their happy faces when they have. It makes me motivated to cook.
It really goes well with rice! Juicy and tender meats & delicious soup.
If we have this dish, we don’t need anything else. Well, sorry! we need kimchi!
Anyway, It is another favorite dish of Sophie and darling.
