How’s your weekend? 
We have been busy even on weekend to do something we could not cover on weekdays.

But I found a slot to exercise.

I really like exercise:) I started going to the gym when I was 16 years old. 
Now I am not going to any gym but run by myself.

Today was 5 km in 20 minutes! Feel great after running!!!

Running is the best exercise to keep fit for me. What’s your best way to keep fit?

This head set is from my husband. This Bluetooth headset makes my sport life easier and happier:)


I always listed to the music when I run. 


Will run and keep fit as much as possible in 2017!


And cook & eat well:)
