Still many people think Korean foods are very spicy! Well, in a way, this is true. We as Korean loves spicy foods including Kimchi and Chige(hot pot). But actually Chili spice had been introduced in the late 18th century from Europe, Japan and China. Quite new right:)?
Even now, there are lots of dishes which are not spicy. They are very elegant.
I think this dish is one of those dishes.
