I found Komatsuna was a bit cheaper than usual and bought them to make kimchi.
I really like this Komatsuna kimchi personally!!!
1. Wash Komatsuna well
2. Brine Komatsuna for about two hours
3. Rinse Komatsuna and drain.
4. Make seasoning and mix with Komatsuna.
Done! Simple. But very delicious!!!
