This is one of my hubby’s favorite dishes:) He is a bit lazy to eat bony fish. But Cod doesn’t have much bones and easy to eat.
I personally prefer blue-skinned fish such as Sardine, Saba. But they have lots of bones!
So when I cook these fish, I remove bones for him. Otherwise, he doesn’t eat much…!
How about you? Do you eat fish often? Do you like to eat fish?
This cod fish dish is very simple but need to keep the right heat level. Don’t over cooked:)
