She finds the meaty and delicious taste of the traditional method to be superior. The texture is also more rustic, allowing her to taste the meat as she chews. I have also used the water used to boil pork to make miso soup which turned out to be very delicious. It's absolutely amazing and we couldn't resist! Another dish she loves is the Kimchi sashimi salad, which I made even more refreshing by adding Shiso leaves and Myoga (Japanese ginger). We had a great time talking and laughing while enjoying our healthy and delicious home-cooked meal.
