Bibimpap is probabuly one of the most popular and beloved Korean dishes. literally means “mixed rice”(Bibi-da means to mix, pap means rice).  Bibimpap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with meats and assorted vegetables(called namul). You can add gochujang if you prefer spicier.

You can make variations to this dish depending on your preferance. (you can add seasonal vegetables, your favorite vegetables or anything from your fridge!)

 

When I have an energy & time, I make about 10 kinds of assorted vegetables. But normally about 5 is good enough.
