Have you tried Basella alba (Malabar spinach) before?
This vegetable has beautiful stickiness when it’s cooked:)
There are many different ways to cook this vegetables.But I prefer to make this as namul.
Adding Gochu-jang, sesame oil, soy sauce, etc.
My hubby and daughter loves this dish:) When you eat this, please use a spoon!
FYI, this vegetable is high in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, and calcium + low in calories! but high in protein per calorie:)
