I had another kimchi-making lesson this morning. She was so waiting for today’s lesson for a few months!

She told me it is the very first time she actually made own kimchi and she looks so impressed.
I am very happy that she really likes my kimchi! and her husband too!!!
She really enjoyed making kimchi and boiled chicken as a side dish goes well with fresh kimchi.
Usually, I teach boiled pork belly but she doesn’t like the pork belly. So we changed meat.
Since my lesson is a purely private lesson, we can arrange our dishes:)
She brought back the food and she shared with her husband at home. She shared photos and comments from her husband. He likes it very much!!!
He asked her to learn kimchi jjigae next time!!! Great!
