The very first student was Daphne!!! We made an abalone porridge and two side dishes.
Abalone porridge (전복죽)
Abalone is low in fat and a good source of omega 3, Vitamin K and rich in minerals. Also, it helps you recover from fatigue.
She is always very positive and gives me lots of energy!
