Had a dinner? We had steam fish, beef mince with vermicelli, namul and kimchis as usual:)
Very full!

 

 

 

Very simple dish but very delicious!!! 
I used my BBQ sauce and gochujang, Japanese miso, cooking wine and vinegar.
Originally I do not add miso but for my daughter, I reduced gochujang and add miso instead.

This dish can be enjoyed as hot or cold. 

 

 

 

After dinner time, our relaxing time:)

And my daughter Sophie enjoys food massage and TV:) Her relaxing time.
