I received Korean perilla leaves from Korea last night! 240 leaves!!!
Wash them gently one by one and wipe well.
This process takes time! But very important process!!!
Once finished, next is to make marinated sauce.
And you marinate leaves.
Simple steps but this kimchi is super delicious!!! It actually steals rice or goes well with meats dishes!
I have done the Perilla leaves kimchi class before.
And wondering if I can do the class again. Anyone interested in?
